#10: They despise making mistakes.
As we all know nobody is perfect; however, as a person with anxiety this is not okay, they want to be their best all the time, and they will beat themselves up if anything is less than perfect. Things then become a vicious never-ending circle that is hard to end.
#11: You are internally fatigued.
Although you feel that your body is completely rested and in shape, you may have suffered so much mentally from your anxiety that you feel drained, and need to sleep. This sleep could be a quick power nap to recover from your exhaustion, or it could be for hours or days. It all depends on how severely your anxiety has recently affected you.
